Early arrival video from a deadly fire in Palmer, MA. You can hear a resident describe how he had to jump from the window to escape. Firefighters reported on arrival people were jumping from the 3rd floor into snow banks. The snow may have helped them, but also hid fire hydrants.
Palmer Fire Department is practically across the street and units were on scene right away. One woman was killed.
