VIDEO: Dramatic Ground Ladder Rescue in Modesto

Lot of fire in this video from February 14, 2015.  The only window that doesn’t have fire is where the people are.  Police move a dumpster near the wall and a couple of pets are thrown and caught in the dumpster where police retrieved them.  Shortly after MFD arrives with ground ladders and makes 2 window rescues with fire all around.  Nice work!
