Boston Sparks Association Puts New Rig in Service

On Sunday the Boston Sparks Association officially put the new canteen truck into service.  Two organizations raised money for the new rig, the Last Call Foundation and the Lewis Family Foundation.

The Last Call Foundation was founded by Kathy Crosby-Bell, mother of Firefighter Michael Kennedy who was killed last year in the Back Bay, 9 alarm fire last year.

Kathy helped christen the truck that provides food, drinks, and even dry socks to firefighters working in the field.
