Body Cam Captures Dramatic Rescue of Utah Infant

Remember the miracle baby in Utah that survived 14 hours, upside down, in her car seat, just above frigid water?  Well one of the officers to respond was wearing a body cam and it was captured on video.  Sadly the mother did not survive.
